Important Safety Notice
Trail data on SoulPak Trails is AI-generated and cross-referenced with public datasets (USFS, OpenStreetMap, Recreation.gov). It may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You must independently verify all trail conditions, permit requirements, closures, and safety information with the relevant land management agency before any outdoor activity.
By accessing or using SoulPak Trails ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
SoulPak Trails uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate trail recommendations, descriptions, mileage, elevation, permit requirements, and other trail attributes. This data is supplemented by publicly available datasets including the USFS National Forest System Trails database, OpenStreetMap, and Recreation.gov, but is not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete.
SoulPak Trails makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of trail data presented on the Service. Trail conditions change due to weather, maintenance, seasonal closures, fire damage, and other factors that may not be reflected in our data.
The presence of a "USFS Verified," "Validated," or "OSM" badge indicates that a trail name or coordinate has been cross-referenced with a third-party dataset. It does not guarantee that the trail is currently open, safe, or accessible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoulPak Trails and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others in your group.
The Service provides links to third-party websites including AllTrails, Gaia GPS, Recreation.gov, the USFS website, and the National Park Service. These links are provided for convenience only. SoulPak Trails does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of content on third-party sites.
Trail coordinate data may be sourced from OpenStreetMap, which is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). OpenStreetMap contributors retain copyright over their contributions.
USFS trail data is sourced from the U.S. Forest Service and is in the public domain. Permit information is cross-referenced with Recreation.gov.

Affiliate relationships do not influence trail recommendations or editorial content. Gear suggestions are generated by AI based on trail conditions and are not sponsored placements unless explicitly labeled.
